With every Meditation you are doing you are creating new habits and great changes are happening in your brain and even your day-to-day behaviour. If you don’t want to use the full relaxing intro you can choose listen to the alternative meditation called self-inquiry and quiet time.
Always choose your self-inquiry question before you get started. A good place to start is Who am I? Or ask What does my soul want me to know? Or maybe you choose to just concentrate on your breath.
